Welcome to Little Woodbank, where we strive to create a warm and secure environment for veterans, low-income families, and the elderly in the Flathead Valley community. Join us in our mission to make a positive impact on the lives of our neighbors.
We provide free, sustainable heating fuel to veterans, low-income families, and the elderly, ensuring warmth and security for our most vulnerable neighbors.
We establish strong partnerships with local logging companies, food banks, and churches to maximize our impact and reach.
Our goal is to collect and distribute up to 100 cords of wood annually, aiming to serve more than 75 households each year as we expand our capacity.
At the Little Woodbank, our primary goal is to provide free, sustainable heating fuel to veterans, low-income families, and the elderly, ensuring warmth and security for our most vulnerable neighbors. We aim to expand our reach and impact by establishing strong partnerships with local logging companies, food banks, and churches.
Cords of wood distributed in one year - by just 2 individuals - before we received our nonprofit certification from the IRS.
Households served yearly prior to becoming a nonprofit
Are just a few of the partnerships that we have already established.
